Welcome to TKO Online School!

Your learning journey. Our Tiger community.

Dear TKO Students and Families,

Welcome to Tiger Knowledge Online (TKO)! We are excited to welcome you to a school community where students can learn, grow, and pursue their goals through online education - all while staying connected to Globe Unified School District and our Tiger family.

Choosing a learning environment is an important decision, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be part of your child’s education. TKO brings together the flexibility of online learning, the opportunities of a tuition-free public school program, and the connection of a local school community.

Students, this is your opportunity to take an active role in your learning! Every lesson is a chance to discover something new, strengthen your skills, and build confidence. Ask questions, take pride in your progress, and remember that learning takes practice. You do not have to know everything today - you just need to be willing to take the next step.

Parents and caregivers, you are an important part of this journey. Your encouragement, daily check-ins, and help establishing a learning routine can make a meaningful difference. Together, we can help your student develop the habits that support success: showing up consistently, staying organized, completing assignments, and asking for help when needed.

As you begin, we encourage your family to:

• Create a comfortable learning space with the supplies your student needs.

• Build a consistent daily routine that includes coursework, breaks, and time to review progress.

• Stay connected by checking school communications and reaching out with questions.

• Keep up with assignments and attendance requirements to maintain steady progress.

• Celebrate growth, from mastering a challenging concept to completing a successful week.

And remember - learning online means you are still part of our Tiger community! TKO students can participate in extracurricular programs offered by the district, subject to eligibility and program requirements. We encourage students to explore these opportunities, build friendships, and share their Tiger pride.

Our school is excited to partner with you. We look forward to recognizing your accomplishments, helping you work through challenges, and seeing the curiosity and strengths you bring to TKO.

Thank you for choosing Tiger Knowledge Online. Let’s make this a year filled with discovery, connection, and progress - together!

Welcome to TKO, and go Tigers!
